Hello! I'm Irena and welcome to Alternative Arrangements!
I've moved to Denver, Colorado earlier this year and I'm enjoying the the new experiences and adventures. This blog is my place to share and record them.
Before the big move I lived in Canberra and worked in advertising at The Canberra Times, the local newspaper, after graduating with a Bachelor of Advertising and Marketing Communications from the University of Canberra. I hope to find a marketing job 'on the client side' in Denver bringing my knowledge and experience from Australia and keep learning and developing my skills in the US.
I love photography and use a Nikon D40X with 18-135mm lens to take all of my photos. Hopefully many of these to come in this blog :)
I also like alternative fashion and while I don't fall under any alternative streams, I do enjoy incorporating alternative clothing in my everyday outfits. I can't live without my Dr Martens (and I have a few to choose from), prefer skirts to pants and my favourite colours are black, maroon and purple.
